Refunds / Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. it should also be in the onginal packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept the return of gift cards, downloadable software products, or some health and personal care items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return, and please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer

Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded and sale items cannot be refunded

In case of any damage during transit, please contact us at info.sleephelpme@gmail.com, and we will handle the retum shipping costs. However, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item if it is not defective

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific amount of time.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info.sleephelpme@gmail.com

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your retum. If the gift was not marked as such or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

To return your product, please email us at info.sleephelpme@gmail.com to receive the retum address.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, except in cases of damage during transit.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your refined item
